Dr Yu is the best. I had come from a horrible experience at my previous Orthodontist. Dr Yu fixed all of their mistakes. Now I really love my teeth.Since so many horrible things happened at the previous place, I had asked Dr Yu myriad questions along the way. He answered all of my questions completely. He's thorough, careful, smart, and has a lot of experience. I think he's a perfectionist too, which is what I want for my teeth. His staff is wonderful as well. Very knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. I can't say enough good things about Dr Yu and his practice. I highly recommend him.

The quality of service from all the staff is wonderful, they are super kind, respectful, polite and always willing to help you, the medical staff and the auxiliary staff are so professional, my daughter's teeth are beautiful. Doing my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Yu and his team has been such a pleasure. Every visit starts with an incredibly warm greeting and the feeling that they know exactly who you are and the state of your current treatment/needs - because they do! I dealt with overseas travel during my treatment and they even shipped my retainers overseas for me. Dr. Yu always wished to make sure that the treatment fit my standards and his — which are very high! He would recommend doing a few more trays or adjustments if it meant a better smile, which showed that his care really was focused on patient satisfaction, even at the expense of more work on his end. Also I don’t know how common it is for orthodontists to give molds along with retainers after treatment — but I am really grateful that Dr. Yu does this because it again shows that it is less about the bottom line for him and more about making sure that patients have everything they need for lifetime maintenance of their smile/retainers. His office helped me with every ask I had about scans, insurance issues, and whatever supplemental things I needed (extra chewies!). I visited four orthodontists (definitely not necessary to do that much due diligence) before I went with Dr. Yu and I’m really glad I did! They have top notch customer care, that I think really does come from a very genuine place of goodness. I don’t often give reviews, but I wanted to this time because it really was outstanding from start to finish! Highly recommend.

Dr. Yu was recommended by our family dentist, and he and his staff are kind, warm; and friendly. Most of all, I loved the results of the Spark aligners on my teeth. Definitely worth the time and money. The quality of service in Yu Orthodontics is excellent!

Dr. Yu and his staff are very competent, responsive and kind! They helped me using SPARK aligners to straighten my teeth… it was a gift to myself at age 66 and I am thrilled with the results!
